Cold Press Printing Technique

We use an eco-friendly print technique for pressing designs & patterns into our fabrics that uses zero dyes or water. By pressing the fabric at a high temperature we are able to create a depth of pattern, which also gives our clothing a unique & subtle luster. From modal fabric & organic cotton, to our fabric printing technology, we actively choose fabrics & techniques that are more sustainable.

BPA Free

We believe you should be able to sweat without sweating about BPA in your athleisure bras & tops. All TAVI apparel is (& always has been) 100% BPA free, so you can check that worry off your list.

GOTS-Certified Organic Yarns

This international textile production certification is the toughest organic textile standard & includes every step of manufacturing, from ensuring there are no toxic substances to overseeing how employees are treated.

CO2-Neutral

Our TaviLuxe™ Fabrics made using a CO2-neutral production process from low-water-use beach trees, TaviLuxe™ is planet friendly & performance driven.

Chlorine Free

Modal Fabric is made with Eco Soft technology that uses elemental chlorine-free bleaching in an integrated pulp-to-fiber process that has high recovery rates of process ingredients & causes very low air emissions.

Our beautiful wholesale catalogs can now be found in a digital-only format. We are taking steps to operate our entire business digitally & where we do have print materials, we use post-consumer waste materials & soy-based inks. We also use recycled content for our packaging materials.
